Please be advised that the state has adjusted travel restriction guidelines. While we did not receive a waiver for reimbursement for
overnight hotel expenses, districts may still pay for your conference registration. Districts may send more than three teachers to the conference.
And a new proposal to the regulations allows the conference to be considered regular school business because the registration fee is less than
$150 per day.

- Honor fourth grade, eighth grade, high school and higher education scholarship winners. Come and acknowledge the awardees of the President’s and Leadership Awards for their exceptional dedication and contributions to the children in our programs as well as to our profession
- Listen to a keynote address during the dinner
Professional development hours will be earned for the keynote address

Publishers' Exhibits
- Open from 7:30 AM to approximately 5:00 PM on Tuesday and until 4:00 PM on Wednesday in the
Garden State Exhibit Center
- Raffles will be held at various times throughout each day in the Center. (You will not have to be present to win,
but you must return prior to closing to collect your prize.)

Parking:
Ample free parking at the Garden State Exhibit Center and Double Tree parking lots
Professional Development Hours NJTESOL/NJBE is a New Jersey registered provider.
Participants will be able to earn professional development hours each day, depending upon their attendance at the seminars and
workshops offered at the conference.
Accommodations
- A special $154 rate for a double room is available at the Doubletree Hotel in Somerset.

Public Transportation:
- Take Amtrak or NJ Transit to New Brunswick. From the New Brunswick train station you can take a cab or
county bus "Dash" directly to the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset. The contact number for Dash is 908-704-1011.
There are no public bus lines that come directly to the hotel.
