PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
Notification:
You will receive an email notification as to the acceptance or non-acceptance of your presentation on or about January 31, 2011.
Please watch for this email. It is the contact person’s responsibility to notify other listed presenters of the acceptance
or non-acceptance of the proposal and to inform them of their registration responsibilities.
(Please note: It is imperative that you supply a personal email, rather than your school email. Your personal email will ensure that you receive communications from us.)
Presenters’ Registration Fees
Discounted registration fees will be given for one presenter for a poster session; up to two presenters for a 90 minute workshop or demonstration; and up to three presenters for a 90 minute panel discussion on the day of the presentation. Due to new state funding regulations, lunch for all presenters will be a gift of NJTESOL-NJBE. Presenters who are members will pay a $50 registration fee on the day they present; nonmembers will be charged an $85 registration fee. All presenters will pay the regular fee for a second day of conference attendance.
Presenters must register by March 1, 2011 to qualify for these fees, or incur a $25 late charge for registrations postmarked after that date. Please do not send in a regular registration form until you receive notification as to the acceptance or non-acceptance of your presentation.
